Hi there, I don't know what to say. I'm not sure at all what you want to say. The poem is confusing. It doesn't make sense. From your notes I sort of understand the black as opposed to white. I give you five as I cannot give you less just because I don't understand the 5-7-5 poem. Sorry. Ulla:)

The dark pleasures or joy of white, the bad verses the good, I think it is a mixture of both. Great job on this, good structure on the haiku style. Thanks for the share and have a wonderful day.

A lot of deep hidden meaning and imagery. It reads well, and has different possible meanings which in itself is very good. So very happy doing bad things for a very short time or moment. It would be a good entry fora contest

I would love to tell you I thoroughly understand this poem, but it is just not true. I gave it five stars because it is not your fault that I am somewhat ignorant. I understand the comparatives between white and black, I guess...but what is the point? sorry. Good luck with this. Bob

I speak for only myself: I've lived seventy-one years. I grew up with parents that were alcoholics, but they were not intentionally abusive. I spent twenty-two months in Vietnam, divorced... found love several times, remarried. I have two sons, two step daughters, seven grandchildren. And I regret very little. I find the words black and white interesting. I see myself as "light tan". Best wishes.
