If we partied everyday, we would get bored and we would become stale like bread. Humans are made to solve problems, be challenged.
Just look at all our top pop singers today .. not one , not even Jennifer Lopez can produce something that stands out.
All the top songs on the chart sound the same.
Only singers that have gone through a rough patch write music with soul.
I think making our way up out of life's downs makes us more mature and mentally strong.
The next problem or challenge we face , we will be wiser and stronger thanks to past experiences.
So the downs are important.
And also we do appreciate the up moments more in between .
