Hi Debi, ha, ha, ha. Very cute. I can see why this poem won the contest.

Of special note:
Someone with a caring, sharing word
Better than a blaring, swearing turd

Good rhyming. Well-chosen photo. Congratulations on your win! Xo. M

Hey, I like to shock them here every once in a while, haha. I was bound and determined to use the first line so I was forced with the turd too then. Besides I have known a few in my life. How about you? LOL.

Thanks for the awesome comments for my silly turd poem. You are so sweet!
Lotsa love, dear sista. Loves Debi

"Don't be a Turd" Oh, but the dung beetles might differ. :-)
Good complementary picture art choice. Can I be a turd tomorrow, then--huh, can I? LOL
Good message to your tyburn poem. Good luck!

As long as you are a good turd and not a bad one, I suppose you can be a turd any day you want. Haha!
Thanks for the fun review and comments. I hate using writing on my art, but I loved that one better than the other ones that all looked so vulgar. LOL... what else should they look like, right? Thanks again, my friend.

Hello Poet:

All of the technical aspects were met for the Tyburn contest. It is simple advice delivered in a poetic manner.

Goo luck I. The contest.

Thanks for the kind words for my post that I had a little fun with here. It is something that if you just use bad and good to get a point across, people don't pay much attention. This one, they are. Thanks again, dear friend.

An excellent entry for the Tyburn poetry writing prompt. This poem meets the criteria for the required format. I love the artwork and the use of slang to get a point across. Nicely done. Good luck.

There will always be black and white. Some dirty people will never change; they know no other way because they live in a world of sick bastards. On the other hand, the good are struggling to be patient and kind without getting their teeth kicked in! K xx

A wise piece of advice! There are way too many turds out there, for sure. The poem is cute and well presented. The message is timely and timeless. I like the format of the poem. I've never seen it before.

Best of luck in the conest,
Rhonda

It made me laugh when I really needed a laugh, my mystery friend!

We are thinking about you and praying that you are ok this week. That is all I can say right now, except please take care of yourself.

Hey, Sweetie. I can now tell you it is me with the crappy post. Haha! Hey I have been kinda worried about you so please let me know if I can do anything for you. It does get easier with time. What was her last name?

I understand you are posting tomorrow. I will be watching for you.

Hi Debi! I'm so glad to see you wrote that cute poem!! It really gave me a chuckle, as I said, when I needed it.

I've left you a few messages on email, but I don't know if you got them.

I've been through the wringer as I am sure you can guess! Wayne is the oldest of 6 children, so he had a lot of responsibility with the funeral and all.
I'm glad that part is over, but we still have family in town... can't wait for them all to go home, lol.

Last name is Marusak, which is my real last name as well.

    Love you,
    Rhonda

I will be posting tomorrow. I have it ready to go, and will probably post around midnight. I'm sure I won't be able to go to sleep until late.

It's sad to lose Mildred, but she really lived a long and good life. She passed away quickly and peacefully. It's hard because I was so involved with her care that it leaves an emptiness, but I'm glad she's no longer in pain. She had really been through so much.

    Much love,
    Rhonda

You know, taking care of yourself is hard during these times. I would literally forget to eat. Not usual for me, I assure you.

    Much love, sweet lady,

Yes, I am told it takes more effort to frown than it does to smile so why not be kind and offer a ray of sunshine to our fellow man instead of doom and gloom. Short and concise!
