Do you mean Eye reflect mean blindness? I can understand that if the eye reflects light rather than receives it it would mean blindness. At the moment you are telling me eye means blindness, but as far as I know that is not a definition of eye. Apart from the confusion and the superfluous information above the poem it is alright.
