Thank you for such a fine review and welcome. Many of my poems are acrostic and sonnets but not necessarily written in iambic pentameter so I will need to revise, write others for here. I am beginning to feel at home. I certainly enjoyed your poem too, that I reviewed.

Thank you so much for reviewing my first post and for your fine words and encouragement, as well as best wishes in the contest. Most of the poems I've written throughout the years are acrostic or sonnets, but the latter are not always written in iambic pentameter so I will need to revise or write more.

Congratulations on your first milestone post! This was a lovely tribute, but it couldn't have been easy. You had to come up with several lines to begin with "L," for example, but you did it well. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

Thank you so much for your reviewing and kind words. Some letters, especially having several letters, were a little testy and, yes, the poems took a fair amount of time. Once I got the "Sympathy," I mostly have it to use over with different words typed in. I like your profile picture and thanks again.

Thank you so much, Bob. I just began on this site, but I have written many acrostic poems for people. Then, my laptop, that many of my poems are on, won't allow me enter it; therefore, I had to retype these two over. Thank you for your kind review, and yes, it should be capitalized as the other words rhyming were. I had to retype the poems as my laptop containing most of my poems won't allow me to enter. Thanks again for catching that.

I am so glad to have you as a fan. Also, thanks for bringing my attention to the Won should be WON in keeping with the pattern, I had to retype it in Photoshop which takes a lot longer and is trickier than my Printshop. I was able to change it; now if I can reload it.
