This is very well done! I love the opening sentence, and can relate well to it having had a similar relationship. You do a good job of involving many senses that draws us in and makes it personal. Thank you.

Unknown bard, this came awfully close to needing the very "...warnings..."
the note cautioned about...The write flowed down the page quickly like hot
volcanic lava, searing every nerve receptor known and unknown...I am glad it ended when it did...I am not a smoker, but I did grab a stick juicy fruit. Good luck in the contest.teafor2
