Easy to follow, great layout, would liked to hear him tell her to calm down just once as that is always a great fuel for us women to feel her rage :) I really liked it overall. I would love to read how she went after leaving.

Yep. Been there, done that. You would be surprised how often this happens in the hierarchy of government.
