Everyone should read your poem. I always believed you can not hate anyone, you can hate what they do, but we are all children of God. Your poem expresses that emotion in a wonderful way. God bless you.

Good morning,
It is such a beautiful testament to the power of His call. Yes, He accepts us for who we are and wherever we are in life. Thank you for sharing and Good Luck in the contest,

Vales43, what an interesting format...It allows reader(s) to meander at their own speed while soaking in the testimony of the pious author...Nice
end rhymes...I only wish there was a picture to go with the succinct words.
However, it is a excellent entry for said contest. Good luck. teafor2

The one person we know loves us, and holds our heart in His hands, as He is incapable of evil or hating, He will always be our advocate, on our side...if we let Him. Well done, blessings Roy

A good entry for the Emotions poetry Contest dealing with the hurt we all feel when we are judged by others. The final line gives the understanding that there is only one judge that counts in life and that is God. The only suggestions I would make would be to go through and edit, looking for a few words that were capitalized but shouldn't have been. It's not a big deal but since this is for a contest you will want it to look as clean as possible. Nicely done. Good luck.

I enjoyed your poem. There is so much judgement in our world. I know sometimes I judge people before I really know them. I am trying not to do it. You expressed your emotions well in the poem. Very good job.

Becoming a child of God is life-changing. We know we are purified by the sacrifice of His Son who was the only person who could ever qualify to be the perfect sacrificial lamb. This means we no longer have to suffer emotionally over what someone says about us in order to put us down--their opinion about us does not trump that of God Almighty. If we choose to lift such people up in prayer, perhaps it will be Gods will to soften their hearts.

This is an excellent entry in the Emotions Poetry contest.

Missed apostrophe in dont, should be don't.

I liked it overall but wanted to know more about how it desperate the place of judgement felt and what made you choose to have faith in Jesus to save you.

Thanks for sharing your faith journey.

Esther

This is a very beautiful and very well written poem you have penned for the Emotions Poetry contest. You used very good descriptive words. We do need to learn not to judge anyone. Only God is the judge! Best wishes in the contest. Teri

This is a well-crafted poem. The poem reads and flows well. Your message is very good. Some of us don't understand that when we judge others, we cause pain. I like the last few lines of your poem. God can heal from that pain. Nice poem.
