This chapter was easy to jump into, well-written, and clearly proofread with a fine comb. I didn't notice any errors while I read.
I think my favorite line comes toward the beginning:
"You cook?"
He grinned. "I enjoy eating too much not to."
Right here Seth immediately charmed me. It was such a quick but effective bit of character building, I really enjoyed it.
The only part I am less sure about is the moment when Emma turns on him because she learns about the money. To me, this big revelation and emotional upheaval is solved just a bit too quickly. It gives a little whiplash. I know people are scared of writing too long of chapters here, but I think this moment deserves a little fleshing out.

More about this situation will come next week. Seth and Emma have been through a lot together. I think it makes sense in the context.

i though this was an excellent chapter. Your dialogue is so natural. It drives the storyline. I love Seth's support and concern for Emma. You do a wonderful job of showing Emma's emotional turmoil. This is an enjoyable chapter that does an excellent job of bringing them to life and showing us their journey.
