I think that's what give the politicians a bad name trying to manipulate others to support him, but of course some simply. It looks like things are looking a lot more lively by a bulletin for the police to help quell a riot in a prison, well done Douglas, you're a good writer, well done, blessings Roy

You start one way, hop on one left foot, and back up, do some jazzercise, and call for a sedate line dance.
That is to say, I never know what you will do. I like that in a guy. Keep this stuff coming. Karen

The book is more about Greg and Jenny than Lilith so there are always sidebars and introductions to villains in future editions. .

This reality drama is every bit as good as your fantasy, Doug. The pressures on Greg are immense. He's being pulled in all directions: by the mayor, his wife and his own conscience - and it's all a question of how he squares it between them all whilst catching his villain. Your plot continues to thrill with excellent dialogue and momentum and another well structured chapter leaving us with your usual, skilful hook. Well done! Debbie

This work has reached the exceptional level

I see bad press happening all over and I have a hunch that Jen isn't going to get Greg back in time for that special dinner. I am also betting that old lumber mill will have more than homeless in it. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed reading.

I'm going to regret, are you Chief?" (comma after 'you')

and here you left us hanging to have us return for the follow-up as to why the riot is taking place, and what if anything has Lilith to do with that. Who is the central character and their role. Wait and see, oh me.

The central characters in this series are Greg and Jenny and the issues they face. In the last book we discussed Lenny Benslow, Jenny?s ex who shot Jesse and beat her and went to prison. Just saying.

Well, that'll (prison riot) certainly spoil clean sheets, not to speak of well-laid evening plans by the missus.
I sure wish I could figure out how to get consistent spacing throughout like you have in the last three lines.
Best wishes.

That is crazy Wayne. I have tried to reproduce it myself. I cut and pace my stories from word and some system glitch always does that to my last paragraph. I really wish I could make it all one way or the other, but I can not fix it. Go figure.

Well-written continuation of the saga! Politics just suck, and they get in the way of real work:

Go cuff and stuff some bad guys and drive them around town."
That's a brilliant line showing how little the mayor understands.
Well done and I didn't see any errors. Thanks for sharing! Julie
