Well the image of the pen with the blood just polishes the whole presentation! Isn't that what writers do? Take our passions and share them as best we can with those around us:-)

I really like how you used from the heart through the pen. I've noticed, when writers write that way, it is evident to the reader. The words never seem forced, they flow naturally. Very nice.

This is a strong metaphor mixed with good artwork or the fountain pen with blood as ink. The red font can be for both love and blood.

I like the strength of your words as well as the presentation. Poems flow from the heart to the hands, as does blood through the circulatory system. Probably the strangest analogy I have used in a review, but apt. Anyway, I really liked it. Good job.
