Wonderfully descriptive writing. You capture the contrast of the brilliant sky and the softness of the white blanket of snow. Your words describe how they "play" off each other and each makes the other even more spectacular. Well done. I envy your ability to be so descriptive.

I recently moved back to an area that gets regular snowfall! Didn't realize how much I missed it from growing up :)
This poem captures the beauty of that new fallen snow so wonderfully!
