This is a beautifully written poem for the club event. The presentation is outstanding. The artwork you used along with the script writing style makes your message flow as easily as the words you wrote. Very well done. Terry.

This is beautifully said, Debi. I especially appreciate the final verse. Thankfully, we have a forgiving God who supports and blesses second chances. He is the most inspiring topic ever. Smiles, Lily

Thank you Lily, I appreciate your very kind comments for my Proverbs poem. I believe that the young women of today would benefit from hearing what it is God wants from us. There is a saying that I read once that says, "If we don't teach our children to love God, the world will teach them not to." What a sad thought. Thanks again, my dear friend. Debi

Thank you for sharing this fresh from your heart. That's oftentimes hard to do I find. I am on the same page and desire to glorify the Lord in all that I do. Proverbs 31 is the gold standard for us, and The Holy Spirit's fruit makes it attainable. Grace, I need a lot of grace....

Sending you my best today as always and six stars to bless.
Love,
Sal XOs

My dearest Sally Marie, I thank you so much. It does seem those posts that tell about our God and Jesus are the easiest to write as we seem to get divine help. I appreciate so much your kind words and your gracious six stars. Thanks from the bottom from the bottom of my heart. God Bless, my sweet friend. Love, Debi Lee

Hi Debi. Lovely poem, even if not really my style. I can feel your faith and conviction here, so effectively drawn. Just think you need a change in your last line. I know Christ is the King, but I think 'I hand the reins' rather than 'reigns' would be more accurate? x

    Thanks John,
not sure if it was my error or autocorrect, but clearly one of us needs to be fired. Thanks for the awesome comments, my friend.

An uplifting and spirit-filled poem to begin our day, Debi:-) "Put it all in His hands" is something I've been taught since childhood; my stepmother was very good at that, me not so much. Every day can be a struggle in that regard.

A lovely presentation and your words speak of your faith. Thank you for sharing that faith with us.

Proverbs 31 sets an extremely high bar for a godly woman. And yet ... when He calls, He enables. We are all called to reflect His light in our own circles of influence, and that does include our writing. And fortunately, He is the God of forgiveness and new starts. Well written response to the prompt.

I had to read Proverbs 31 in order to fully understand your well written poem and I think you have expressed your thoughts and feelings about this very well. Your faith in the word of the Lord emanates from your words. I think REIGNS (rules) is spelt REINS. Well done.

Wendyanne, Lol, I am not sure if I accidentally wrote reins wrong or if my stupid autocorrect failed me again, but I sure do appreciate your catching it.

I think we all strive to be a better person, and try to find new ways at how to achieve that, but the answers are already there for us. A well written, inspiring piece Debbie. I enjoyed reading it.
