I think this is particularly pertinent at the moment with terrible events in th Ukraine, Middle East and elsewhere. Life is too precious to be treated so tenously. We should indeed enjoy and respect each moment.

This is a lovely message, though sometimes I wonder about those gallant thoughts as I've heard it's much better on the other side. Don't get me wrong, I'm not up for leaving now. Each day is a new adventure--luckily, we can do something other than repeat days.
An illustration and larger text might enhance the visual impact of this poem.

Very inspirational poem.
I'll be 69, next month ( realistically not old) but when people ask, how's your day?", jokingly I'll respond... I woke up today ; another day above ground etc.

Your poem is very valid.
