Please read my latest cubed poem because it shares my own personal experience with this topic. I have also taught in the past for decades and I've been trained and involved in supporting my students. One of my girls with special needs was being assaulted again and I was able to catch it by asking one question. This would be a great poem for a therapist to use with identified children. I thought the contest was for poetry we could read to children to entertain and uplift them, I am not sure that you could read your poem to a child, but then again if it was a child who had suffered physical sexual abuse, it might be different, you are obviously the expert on the subject. I feel for the poor children suffering like this, we live in a cruel world sometimes, good luck with the contest Steffani, love Dolly x
