Out of all the driving discourtesy on the road, tail-gating is probably my biggest dislike, although as you say, someone gazing at their mobile (cell) is a big problem, here, you and I are the best drivers in our respective countries, well done, blessings Roy

Thank you for your kind review. I could rant on about bad drivers, especially work zone speed demons and text drivers. They endanger those of us who try to be careful.
