And speaking of wrong site. My sister suggested a dating site to me over the phone. I got confused, and joined the wrong site (free). I found Debbie, who was on that site for only one month, giving it a try. We've been married nearly 14 years. Our secret... I fell in love with her brains first, the rest of her second.

Lol. Yes, it's usually hard for a dating site to find the right one for you. Everyone tries to present their best side. Ilike your conclusion. Accept your financial losses, accept yourself and be happy as you are. Maybe then the right one will appear, in real life.

I like this post. You figured it out. These sites are a joke. There are too many people who need crutches to succeed. Who needs extra baggage. You skillfully show that this is the path to drama. Who needs it? Be happy in your own skin. If a relationship is meant to be, it will happen, but ditch the losers.

This is an excellently written rant. I enjoyed reading it. Your presentation is very good. You also use descriptive words, well, that draws in a reader. Those sites are worthless. When u was single I looked at them but it's sad. Best wishes finding who is waiting for you!

I used one once and the next thing I knew this person I exchanged messages with told me her mother was dying in The Central African Republic and needed me to send her $5,000 for medicine. Stick to meeting people in real life. That's hard enough nowadays. But I liked how you went full circle in your search back to yourself. estory
