Great topic for a stacked limerick challenge. I began to think that there were more people making money from would-be writers than actual writers making money from writing. I'm glad you learned the real goal. Best wishes in the contest!

It is good to step back and wonder what is in it for the advertiser, isn't it? So often, we can get caught up in the moment and hope for the prize.

Yes, there are many of those schemes around ready to dampen a new writers dreams. This is a good warning told in Limericks Ginda. Great flow, which I find is hard to get but essential for a Limerick. Cheers

Your stacked limerick is a good warning to new writers. There are a lot of contests, challenges, and "offers" out there that are not as helpful as they seem. Your poem told a full story, and worked in the limerick style. I think this is a solid contender in this contest.

A very relevant topic for all of us to take note of. They do cash in on our dreams and aspirations to see our work published. They do well out of their schemes and we get precious little. Writers beware. There are many schemes out there looking to cash in on the dreams of writers. Phony anthems, and internet contests.

Good limericks, and a great story. Actually, this is a good warning for writers to not get caught in a scheme that will hurt them in the end. I've learned it's good to do some research before submitting. So many of us get caught up in schemes of one sort or another. So many 'bad guys' out there!
