Back at the beginning of June I started aqual fitness three times a week and introduction to fitness twice a week. They are scheduled at 8:00 so I don't have time to get too busy before. LOL I have completely enjoyed going to both. BUT, aqua fitness ends September 1. Not good. Introduction to fitness then becomes three times a week, both have same instructor. Then I guess on the other two days, I'll just walk on the treadmill. It's too hot in Texas for outside walking until later in the year. I am searching for indoor water aerobic. I do think a walk will help your mood, really I do. Starting this helped me a lot.

This story, Blue Mood, is a funny dialogue between maybe sisters and that constant need to push or prod each other to do something good for themselves, whether it is or not.

Yes, just enjoying a walk sounds like a healthy option and if you wear a headset, you can keep talking to yourself and it will look totally normal!

A walk always helps, especially if it is a hike through nature with not ear buds. Listen to the birds, the insects, the other wildlife that is just out of sight. Glad you talked yourself into doing something so good for you.

You're definitely never alone with that alter ego nagging at you. LOL You are funny. You need to come up with the recipe for a new drink and take a trip to that resort you own on the Island. That will make you feel better.

You are the master of this form where you have a conversation with yourself and the elements of character and personality come through the dialogue. Told with the usual wit and humor, I like how the two sides of yourself parry the remarks and sketch out the girl who tries and sometimes makes it, sometimes falls a little short. Like all of us. The important thing is to keep the sense of humor, laugh at yourself, and hold your head up. And keep trying. estory
