god i admire your ability to keep writing classic poetry forms at your age. I am 67 and hope I will still be writing daily at age 99. Well done meditation on attending reunions.

Jay, I'm sure you will be there next year and then again for the BIG one, your 100th Birthday! They don't make them like you any more. My neighbour will be 100 this October, and he still gets out and does his gardening. You are both from special stock, and have survived so much and are still carrying on with a smile. I'm so pleased you enjoyed your reunion, it's so nice to meet up with those you don't see much anymore. This was a really lovely, well written sonnet, my friend, I enjoyed reading it very much. Reunions aren't what they used to be since people are so busy, but they were very special, and your poem shows how special they were. It's sad when faces are missing. I'm proud of you for still writing something worthwhile to read! I'll be 86 in a couple of months, and I'm not ready to quit writing either!

Reunion is always a happy event.
I feel happy for you that you can join reunion. My legs are out of control and for is me from traveling.
I agree with you that you say: " I return home, a new found man."
The motivations are: " We take photos and chat a while,
talk memories, with a huge smile. that way they know I'm still alive and trying hard to still survive."
