I am allergic to these little demons. I don't go out after dark. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Yes but don't get me wrong! (comma after 'Yes')
Now it mostly comes out at night when there is no more light? (Why a question mark, it doesn't ask a question, and in a few additional places.)
Yes a sacrifice but where is it source? (comma after 'Yes')

Easy. Got it from the beginning! Hate the little buggers. This is a fun but serious poem fully outlining the power this tiny thing has in our lives. Oh, that high-pitched whine in the dark!
