This is a dangerous trend. That means they are now forcing ultra processed food on us whether we like it or not. It's unhealthy, it causes anything from cancer to go heart decease and diabetics.. it has no nutritional value whatsoever. What fas the world come to. I'm certainly not eating it. Ulla:)))

I'm not sure I want to eat these creations but I sure if the chickens and animals not being slaughtered could vote, the idea might win. Personally I don't like meat nor meat substitutes so they are likely to get my business. Thank for sharing what is going on with these designer meats.

This is interesting and very scary allowing the manufacture of fake meat. Could it become Soylent Green? I'm assuming you know your sf. A few years ago my niece in Canada was growing a new kind of chicken that was really almost all breast. Truly ugly and haven't heard how selling them went. She grows custom meat. Even gives her beef back rubs.

Well, I for one won't be eating this meat, or whatever they call it. I mean, why would I pay more for fake meat? I know it won't be considered fake by most, but us old fashioned farm boys prefer the real thing. Thanks for sharing.

This is unbelievable! I can't and won't partake in anything that resembles parts of meat that are not really meat at all! I feel sick to my stomach when I hear that large companies would stoop so low as to use cells of meat instead of real chickens, lamb, and other animals grown on farms!
This is disgusting! I hope you got your information right since this shows how low companies will go!

I hope I never go down that path, although I do care about animals being humanely treated. If people end up dining on artificially created chicken and other meats, and take vitamins instead of fresh natural produce, we are asking for a host of unknown health problems related to the artificial and chemical nature of those experimental "creations".

I just saw where the government approved this terrible idea. I want no part of it. Monsanto has ruined vegetables and produce. Why is Bill gates buying up farm land as fast as he can? Why is backyard gardening being stopped and frowned upon? To control us? To make sure we buy what they're selling? It's a dark cycle we have going. Great piece of writing. Gretchen

I was feeling increasingly nauseous as your story continued and can't believe that anybody with any sort of concern for their health would buy into this kind of unorthodox cultivation.
