A great chapter, adding some more mystery to the story. It will be interesting to see what Peggy does next, sounds like she is jealous. And who is really targeting Emma?

This is another excellent chapter. You moved Seth and Emma's relationship along nicely. You left some unanswered questions. I do not see any need for improvement. Have a blessed day.

Well this is very well written! There's a luckily imagery in reading. Your work not that they're piles. The line is and the characters make it full and real and create cool visuals for me!
He flushed out your characters quite well I believe our bread only two chapters of this already and found it equally intriguing. Little molly is my favor I can't help it I've got two Pomeranian myself. I see no issues with grammar spelling or punctuation with your work nor do. I see anything with respect to subject matter are aesthetics. Very good job I wish you the best of luck and a fine evening!

Peggy is such a cuck-coo pants and delusional. I'm glad Seth clarified to Emma what's going on. I think the protective way Seth treats Emma is sweet.

You never disappoint. another excellent chapter.

Oh, that Peggy is a mean one! And she's snooping in Seth's office. Sounds like she needs to be watched. Besides, she doesn't even like Ace! How can she possibly like Seth without his dog?

I like how you are hinting at the relationship growing. Even Emma is shaking her head now. Lol. And she almost hugged him! And he wanted that hug!

Barbara,
I like the way you use dialogue to move your story along. One Fanstory a once told me using dialogue is a way to show, not tell.
Your characters are well-rounded, and the dogs add a nice touch.
Good luck, Barbara.

Yes, I use dialogue to make sure I show and not to tell. Thank you for the kind review.

    You?re welcome, Barbara.
I have to perfect my use of dialogue yet?

Dialogue is easy to write as long as you remember the punctuation rules and remember to speak naturally. The formal language is used for narrative.

There are lots of question churning around in my head making me wonder if I'm not missing something, but I'm sure I'll figure it all out at some point. :-) Thanks for sharing.

Peggy isn't doing herself any favors by claiming territory where there is none. It will only make Seth avoid her all the more.
It's great to see the bond growing between Seth and Emma. It's hard to remember it has only been eleven days since they met. It's like they belong together. One day they will realize it.
You make the setting and people seem real. The characters interact in a natural way.
Thank you for sharing.

This jealous Peggy is a good addition. You are the only one I've ever read who tells the reader each time how long the couple has known each other. I wonder if you have a time length in mind as to how long it takes to really fall in love.

Thank you for the kind review and understanding. No, I don't. The reason I add that to FanStory only, and it's not in my actual novel is because people want them to jump into bed I feel 11 days is way too soon.

Good for you. It is a little reminder for those who are dating that not everyone goes to bed on the first date. Some have more self respect.

I am beginning to wonder why this girl Peggy is hanging around and seems to be annoyed that Seth is spending so much time with Emma, and that Emma has such access to him. Is she a rival? Did she siphon the gas? Questions raised, suspense ratcheted up, and we have to await your coming chapters to get the answers. estory
