Hi Sanku: You are right about the psychological angle of this story. I study Psychological and humanities subjects because I am a keen follower of Fyodor Dostoevsky and Carl Jung. It reflects in my work. I hope this story brings this sad stage of humanity in front of world's societies. I am grateful for your interest and support. Thanks for your comments and ratings. With best wishes and regards.

I love that poem and its inclusion and relevance in your own fight for survival in a world that would otherwise try to conquer your individuality and mould it to its purpose. Your prose as ever reads very well; your sense of detachment is also skilfully conveyed. You daren't yet inject any hope into your woeful existence and are living fundamentally from day to day and alone. Thanks for sharing. Debbie

Debbie: I read your comments and they help me to imagine how the protagonist would be facing her future. I am still in that phase of describing events that are defining her developing persona. I have a tendency to end my stories in tragedies and I blame it on reading early in my youth, authors like Thomas Hardy and later, years, Shakespere's and Greek tragedies. I have to make efforts to imagine a positive ending for this one. As usual, I appreciate your comments immensely. I love this and Henry W. Longfellow's, 'The Psalm of Life' poems very much. Thanks.

You're doing very well and your background reading is an amazing asset for you,. There's nothing wrong with ending on a sad note I just felt the meter fell away a little from that nice solid beat.

Reading is my medicine for depressing events of life. I am a life-time student. I will reexamine the narrative to see if it can be improved. Thanks.
