What a lovely poem with a deep tone of fate and chance. I love the analogy you used in this and this one for sure you have my attention and vote. Awesome job.
I have been writing more personal poems lately but do have a few going in contests too so maybe someday soon we will get together for a little cheek to cheek again. Thanks for the lovely read!

What an interesting topic and you have carried it out so well in this post. I find this type of poetry to be the most difficult but your post flows so nicely, and easily. Great job on this one. I love it.

Wow! Short and powerful! Love the simplicity and sheer beauty of your words. Are you speaking of actual clothes being sewn into a statement piece or two lovers coming together to become something better than they were alone? I believe they call it, "living in the moment". :)

Excellent entry for the 2/4/6/8 poem contest.
I like the presentation too. Concrete images easy to visualize.
Good syllables count and connection between lines.

Well written poem about the handiwork called knitting. It is a craft that will be liked by many women. When they sit down and watch the big screen, they relax by knitting,.

Why is the fate that put together this rope? I thought it was woven by people or machine. I guess your mean people here. It's the personification of the poetic tool you are using here.
Well done and good luck.

This was a wonderfully written poem. The symbolism of the thread and the two hands could be interpreted in so many different ways. Thank you for posting. Gretchen
