the words would be 'eternal anguish.' You are on a roll with your writing. Good for you. Your words are always very strong and meaningful. Thanks for the treat.

Ciao!
I came upon the word months ago and thought it could be of interest to others.
Sadly, it happens more than one thinks , children dying in freak accidents, due to illness, street shooting etc
Ciao!

This is both sad and powerful at the same time. Thanks for including meaning in your notes. And why don't we have a term for the parent who loses a child. No word, perhaps, because it is not meant to be?

Losing a family member is always very dramatic.
Personally though, I think for a parent to bury their child is worse scenario because that?s not how it should be.
To see one s child, cheated out on growing up , getting married , having children of their own just makes it all so much more painful.
I think a word should be created .. in the meantime Vilomah will do!
Thank you for reviewing.
I see I have three votes now.
If you voted , a warm thank you!

English is certainly lacking in this respect. The picture is very powerful and amplifies the poem poignantly. In most respects English has a wide vocabulary but not in terms of family. Most Indian languages have specific words for all relationships, for example they distinguish between mother's sister and fathers sister, just 'aunt' is not specific enough!
