I've come to the end of my time to review for today. What a blessing, then to come to this poem. You've done an absolutely masterful job juxtaposing the biblical verse and your life experience. On this Sunday I'm very grateful, indeed, that as I begin to seek out all the napowrimo writers, somehow, God brought me to yours... I will be back! (And this one is going directly into my bookcase!)

This is a good mix of prose and poetry. Or maybe Biblical poetry and your poetry. You rhyming stanza show well how theses verses have effected your life. It also shows your hope and all of our hopes for a world of peace.

Oh wow this is amazing writing my friend. I must say there are many favorite parts that I loved but this one stands out:
Frolicking in fields, I'll find rocks for chucking
but when comes time for plucking
up that which is planted,
I hope to harvest all that God has granted.
I love that you had to Bible verses on top.
You really put a lot of time and effort into this, excellent job!

A very touching poem. Very insightful and thought provoking. I don't read the Bible now but when I went to catholic school we had catechism lessons. It reminds me of a song.
I can understand why people need faith to get through difficult times. Our country is going through trouble.

You and I are cut from the same cloth as I was raised Catholic also, much of what I know of the Scriptures came from those early years. I find myself now, like so many others, on journey of Spiritual teachings from a broad swath of many Wisdom teachers. I define myself as a seeker...

Very poignant and powerful piece of poetry. The book of Ecclesiastes is timeless. The poem is heavy on the heart at first, then lightens up when it comes to the theme of: peace.
