What a beautiful little poem about the beloved harbinger of Spring: the Crocus. Even prettier than the Snowdrops because of their color, they are always a welcome sight at the end of Winter and, as you point out, their ethereal beauty becomes a poet's muse.

The renewal of life is a beautiful thing. I like the crocus tulip the most. This poem was enjoyable to read. Good visual imagery created from the spring to the winter back into a full appreciation of the season as a poet. Nicely done. Excellent work :)
