Oh dear, caught out in the wilderness doing an act of nature - for dog and boy... or maybe the boy was still waiting his turn. A fun entry for the dribble flash fiction. It got a smile out of me :-)

So glad you found it funny. I appreciate you taking the time to read and review.

Funny how we equate things with our own experience. Obviously, someone had to collect this poor child's "product" as well, and he thinks the dog's will also be inspected.
Well done,
Sol

Hah! I love it!
It's very hard to review flash fiction, but your piece deserves an effort.
Obviously, the boy has swallowed something requiring close examination of his 'stool' in the not too distant past.
Good luck in the contest.

You take an everyday occurrence and make it into a humorous situation. Great job setting up the situation. The poor boy reveals so much about his recent life experience in one statement.
Perfect word count.
Good luck in the contest.

I guess the little boy did his "business" in the park as well?
That's what I surmised after that question. Am I close because I was a little confused.
Best of luck in the contest.

The little boy had a recent incident where he swallowed something he shouldn't have. As it wasn't life-threatening, the doctor had the boy's mother 'collect' his waste to make sure the thing passed. The boy, unfamiliar with dog walking etiquette, saw the man collecting the dog's waste and asked his question.

This short dribble contest entry is creative and hilarious. It start out so innocently with a man walking his dog. I read wondering where this light hearted beginning could go, and then, POW! Your twist at the end was unexpected and made me laugh. Well done. Best wishes in the contest.

This dribble flash fiction piece was so funny and charming, and yes, it was a little gross. I laughed. Thank you so much for sharing, and best wishes to you.

This is funny. I guess the kid thought Richard was planning on digging through the poop. I remember when my son swallowed a straight pin and the doctor, said I need to dig though his bowel movements to make sure the pin didn't get stuck somewhere in his system. Not a pleasant task.
