This was an interesting change of seasons reflecting feelings, especially with the heart .
Well written rich in Theme and imagery.
...
From the ending warmth of the Autumn season when the leaves for no good reason? When the sun seems almost done.
When the Winter cold is so Bold?
Thanks for sharing this and have a great day.

Lovely sad but atmospheric poem. The seasons reflect so well your mood and your longing/ belief that the winter will hold off and allow you time to adjust and reconcile yourself to your heartache. (My interpretation). I like the construction of the verse and the gradual courage 'I can pretend' and 'I can believe' it instils in you. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes, Debbie

Wow, this is a deep one, dear Judy Justine. We long for love to remain in Spring and Summer, don't we? Beautifully penned and illustrated, my friend. Sending along my very best to you, as always, Sally XOs
