This is a good entry into the Darkness Poetry contest. The text is a great size. The message is stated with clarity and is easily understood. Your rhyme scheme is done well. Your poem gives a reader dealing with depression~HOPE.

Your verse offers a good description of how dark the darkness of depression can be. And, the way out, not easy, but possible with help. It is the asking that can be the most difficult part. Good luck in the contest.

A great rhymng scheme and a profound thought. Your graphic and presentation are a is a perfect fit and your presentation is as clean as your poem is direct. The final stanza sounds like a bit of cognitive behavioral therapy - a good way to give sage advice.
