This poem is so true we try to look at things as black and white/right or wrong and it is not that easy. Everything has a shade of grey in it. You captured that feeling in your poem.

Black and white is very dramatic and distinctive. I think I know just the person on FanStory who would choose those colors as their favorite. It is likely the only person on fanStory who I've heard use the word pluperfect. If I've guessed right it will be a my secret.

I love your choice of colors for this contest. You gave the beauty of black and white a lot of dimentsions. The graphic is airy and beautiful, and often that is the sense I get when artists work in black and white. Well done.

An excellent poem, very thoughtful, and I see the cleverness in the examples chosen. eg From a newspaper article in black and white astory will create vivid colours in the reader's imagination. I like this a lot. Best wishes for the contest.

I suppose neither black or white are colours but both seem to be important in society and in nature. Black birds, white swans, white doves, black dogs and cats, none of them would like to be thought of as colourless I suppose.
