Simply brilliant and clever beyond words. I can't imagine how long this took. Nor can I help but wonder which letters were the most difficult to fit into the write. A really terrific post and most deserving of the sixth star.

Thank you for the great review, Bob. Yeah, I had to keep going back over and over to get it to come out right. I'd find a word to work but then would have to go back and change what led up to it. The poem met all the condition of the contest entry. The flow and choice of words to pen the dance of the Ballerina where so compelling and descriptive. This was a very cool poem. I have done flash fiction like this but am not good with poetry. The story of Jessica the dancer was fabulous. How she takes her form of dance art and how it affects her. Well told. Great job. Gretchen

Lovely illustration- a poem in itself! The sense of movement and sound in the text conveys the rhythm and balance of the dance. It is easy to 'hear' and picture the scene!

Good luck in the contest. I liked the feathery appeal of the ballerina. I would not put full stops after your stanza's, not necessary. Jessica knew the relevance of music, without it she could not dance. K xx

I love the presentation and imagery of your well chosen words. The poem is very elegant...like the ballerina.
The rhymes and meter are not forced and they flow well.
