Sorry you had a set back. We all make this mistake. We think we are good enough to do what we used to and find out we were wrong. I am glad you learned your lesson and have the ambition to work for walking at the right speed.

Hello Joan. I only hope I have learned my lesson. I want to do what I used to do so badly, and I am still learning that I can't!
I have the ambition to walk again and I cannot wait until the time when I can.

"fight the good fight" an often overused cliche. Would there not be another way to phrase that comment?
A good and positive attitude. Just do not overdo your efforts. Whether wanted to or not, healing seems to take its sweet time in most situations.

The phrase fight to good fight is an endearing one that was told to me by a good friend, so I used it lovingly in my essay. I appreciate your caring comments and know that healing takes its sweet time!

Hello Jay. Thanks for your kind words and by the way my name is not the title. It is just my name and it has nothing to do with cowboys. I will keep to myself why I injured myself and hope to find a full recovery at the end of a lengthy relaxation and rest.

I can relate to the metaphor completely. I love your take on life knowing your limitations works well usually for me but sometimes I go too far with my activities and end up broken and bruised with a lot of time to recover! Thanks for the exceptional rating and review!
