This is an excellent entry in the Rhyming Poem contest. You've woven an intriguing tapestry of words producing great imagery of the inner struggle of the mind. Your word play suggest a battle reoccurring within a dark nightmare between the Sorceress and one's power to resist temptation.

Beautifully executed poem. The rhythm, the flow and the strong rhymes make this a Masterpiece!! I really enjoyed it. It intentionally instills some kind of awe or fear in the reader, which is part of the beauty here!!

There is a nice lyrical flow.

The flow was really good and I appreciated the wording you used.

Thank you I'm the hand I'm so glad you liked it all. But I'll make that correction for sure thanks for that. The source is kind of an extrapolation of childhood friend imaginary one that actually turned into what's called a Talpa someone who believes in it so. Much they develop a split personality and/or separate entity although definitely there was created rather than born so there's a result of this Talpa. Now having freedom or an independent from the host and coming to attack nasty. Little creature she is so i've got a book it's called a poetic mystery. It has her origins and has her host you're more than welcome to Peru as you don't have to review your welcome you're just rated if you like. It's a book of poetry that's made of stories well and carries on through each chapter. I hope you had an awesome evening!

While the syllable count meanders, you manage to keep up a real "beat" (if not formal meter)--and this became a toe-tapping adventure to read.
Your monorhyme stanzas work well. Also of note? Your internal rhyming!
(broom and room/ sigh and eye/knees and please? and so on.)
I LOVE the sudden POW of "freedom" ending your final line.
OOOPS. I already gave you my six! Oh well...this will be a "virtual" six in my estimation!
