You have described quit an array of flakes. I related to the bad boss. Maybe, we've all had one of those: smiling to your face while stabbing you in the back.
Thanks for sharing.

thanks a lot for your comments

I like your concept, topic and most of what you've done.
This piece needs a tad more editing. There are run-on sentences and redundant or unnecessary prepositional phrases that should be removed.
I'm notorious for these types of mistakes.
I write freestyle and have to spend quality time editing for clarity and correct grammar.

Unfortunately, we need to wait until after the contest.
Earlier today, I stumbled across this on your profile.
I don't want to disqualify you.

I think its terribly sad that politics divide a family. In all honesty, I doubt either side has our best interest at heart. I've known some flakes, but I call them Whack-a-doodles or whackjobs. They can change your perspective on the human race. Great essay. Gretchen

thanks it is indeed a challenge dealing with one's siblings at times

I can certainly relate to having a brother for a flake! I know the feeling of sibling resentment. I appreciate your honesty.
You describe so many characters with such detail that I can imagine their faces or personalities.
Unfortunately, as we get older, we realised more and more that people lack integrity and honesty. I am 47 now and my eyes have only recently been opened to this fact.
A fantastic contender for the competition. Best of luck.

Haha. I can only agree. I know I sound tainted but humans are the greatest pollutants on earth.
On a more positive note. Have a wonderful day and continue being aa kind human. Jacqueline
