That is the way it should be when the destination is desired. According to scripture, the road that leads to destruction is popular, well traveled, wide and comfortable, but it leads to destruction.

Good one, Bill. Narrow and crowded are excellent adjectives to describe people's lives these days. Alliteration with moves and me. I would also count 'man' in humanity.

This is a nice little 5-7-7. A comment on city living, makes me even happier to be a country mouse. I've done the 'city' thing before in college, and the large town thing for over 20 years, as it kept growing around me. I swore I'd never move from there, but I did, and I probably will again. I'm too close to a main road where I am for my taste.

Where I live, I don't experience crowds. There are no downtown stores anymore, so there aren't shoppers. Maybe in the large cities it's different and you still see the crowds. It seems the narrator is just part of the crowd, moving along like everyone else. There's a sense of being lost among the crowd. Interesting artwork. judi
