I love the story and have been following along. I know these places - Altoona, Duboise, Penn State, so I wondered if the tense shifts were part of the Pittsburghese language I grew up with or something to revisit.
Tomorrow or the next day?
A few years ago or a few years prior?
Either way it continues to be a great read.
