Sorry I'm so late in getting to this. I have both this one and the next chapter in my queue. This was a shortie. I have nothing to add to what I said before. This seems to be building now and I'll be interested in seeing where you'll be taking it next.

This is good. Abby likes her job but needs challenge. I'm glad you didn't explain how she changed the actuarial world, most of the world, including me, would no understand. It's great she is planning to change her life. Chasing challenges makes for a fulfilling life.

I'm curious where Abby with take this new yearning. I am wondering...If I remember correctly E.J. was into science or engineering. Hmm, maybe Abby will join him. I can't wait to see how close I am.

Huh! I'm curious to see what Abby could possibly have in mind and what drama it may bring to the story.
It would be viably tough to change careers after so many years.

I like the little bit of humor with the "brick" incident.
