Sly is depicted as both a controlled and controlling cat making an interesting read.
It is a good thing no mice have been consumed as a nose kiss would not be healthy for Mommy!

I loved your poem. It is so true how our pets seem to think that they're the boss. I have 3 dogs, and so I can identify with your poem. Your words, and the flow of the poem, were wonderful, and flowed together really nicely to make an entertaining and enjoyable read for me. The rhyming was spot on. The imagery really created the picture of the cat annoying both of it's parents, so to speak, and told a nice little story. Thank you for sharing. As always, I enjoy reading your work.
