The wolf is a ferocious animal, as depicted in many stories, which you highlighted. I'm sure many people may think the meat is tough or taste like chicken.

This is a really cute story. The wolf does always seem to get the bad rap for just doing what he was created to do. I don't every remember a story were where the wolf was the good guy. Wolves are basically lot like a wile dog and we think of them as man's best friend. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you. Wolves are so often the bad guys in stories. I found a lot of other fables and fairy tales where this is the case. I would have to write a book to list them all. LOl

Not too shabby a self-defence by the Big, Bad Wolf, and while doing it he tries to make us out as the villains who just haven't got caught yet. You make some pretty decent arguments. A fun story.
