This limerick is too good, too relatable and very funny. I don't make resolutions any more because I just disappoint myself, but I think that they're great for some and provide motivation. I wish you luck in the contest. :)

Oh Dawn, you are sweet, silly, and a riot all at one time. Well the one time I promised would make it was New Years 2020 . Who knew that the pandemic was coming but I made it and now three years smoke free.

So you gave up smoking? I don't smoke, but I should improve my diet.

Hey Sweet friend, yeah I did, and o when ever I smell one, I want one so bad. It was right before 2020 New Years. Who knew that the pandemic was coming and it was so hard. But I made it and now three years smoke free.

Hi Debi, a timely poem. I think that I'd rather stay fat, but happy, but for health reasons, I go need to get the eating--size portions--in control.
It's going to be a tough one because this has been the longest that I've gone without watching what I eat. It gets tiring and is difficult when your stuck in the house, especially during the winter months.
Merry Christmas, my beautiful TSOTU. For now, let 'em eat cake. I hope that Santa brings you lots of goodies. Xo. M
