This is a wonderful Christmas poem evocative of the extended family holidays we had when growing up. We had Christmas Eve at my grandparents house with all the aunts and uncles and cousins and on Christmas mornings we opened out gifts at home. Those were lovely times and you poem and the picture reminds me of those days.

This is a wonderful Christmas poem evocative of the extended family holidays we had when growing up. We had Christmas Eve at my grandparents house with all the aunts and uncles and cousins and on Christmas mornings we opened out gifts at home. Those were lovely times and you poem and the picture reminds me of those days.

Snow does show it is December. You have chosen a good picture fit this poem.
I am not touched by the following sentence as I miss both my mom and my bf wife. They are gone am I haven't a cooked Christmas meal for years but hotel restaurant meals to celebrate the season.
