This is nice and I think it will appeal to our members. I think you look at these lines:

New branches grow,buds spring awake
Freshened by spring dew they take
And,in a while,gloriously
A new tree is born,in all it`s majesty.

Note the lack of space after the commas.

This was a treat. Trees are incredible beings with a heart and soul of their own. Your visuals incredible. Great choice of an artwork, good imagery and artistic presentation.

In the third stanza, third line - did you mean "spring buds awake"?

Good luck in the contest.

This 10 Line poem is indicative of the writer's love for nature. I absolutely agree that we need to treat nature, trees and all with love and respect for they are all God's creations. I enjoyed reading this poem, Thanks for sharing.

This is a beautiful description of a tree through the seasons. The rhyming is good apart from more and over, which seems a little forced to me and the rhythm in the first stanza is excellent. However, the first line in the second stanza seems a bit on the long side syllable-wise. I would have put something like 'but when winter's grip is over' and leave out icy bit. Nevertheless I do like this poem as it is very descriptive.

I love trees. You are right, they are very majestic and solid and secure. Your poem is very well written I really enjoyed your rhyme and the way it all flowed together. Good luck in the contest.

A lovely ten line poetic description of the tree, both naked and then in all it's glory when winter's icy grip has finished. Just one thing, in the second verse there are a few space spots that need attention.
cheers.

The cycle of the tree always fascinated me and I wonder how it knows when to shed its leaves and when to grow new ones, I expect it is all about the weather too. I enjoyed your rhyming poem, although line six and seven do not rhyme? Love Dolly x x x

Classic pastoral romantic celebration of nature. It's in this time honored style done so successfully by poets like Browning, Landor, Bryant and many other romantics and I think you did a good job nailing the rhyme scheme and meter. Nice colorful images too. estory

This ten-line poem, The Tree, has the proper number of lines and follows then trees nude to prudent time when the leaves fall, and the buds bring life again in spring.
