I absolutely love this. So cute, so light, so sweet with a sprinkle of humor..
Yet it has depth! Brilliantly written. Good Luck.

This may have a chance of a win if what the originator meant was to tell the world what a Rogadoo might be. I thought we could write anything and did.

This is quite a tale you weave about this creature. The text is a great size. The verses are clearly stated leading the reader to this fantastical creature. I wish the plot was a bit longer. To go from a first encounter to immediate friends is a bit abrupt. The visual fits perfectly. How did you find it? Or did you find the visual and then create the poem? Good luck in the contest.

This is a great poem, well done. Good use of imagery, clear and concise language, well chosen. Your rhyming was well done too. I liked the graphic, worked for this reader. I hope you keep on composing more poetry.

I think you've taken what could have been a defiant challenge, and run with it very well indeed, with great flow, an imaginative Narrative, you've spun a beautifully written, articulated and well rhymed entry in this contest, well done, blessings Roy

Oh this is so cute. I love your take on this unusual prompt. What a cute little friendship that was made. This reminded me a bit of Dr. Seuss. Well done!

Your new friend seems to be such a sweet friend. The storm was frightful but out of it came a new friend. Cute picture. And he sounds like a lovely find, that rogadoo.

Thank you. I wasn't sure where to go with this, but the name just made me think of children, so I went in that direction. Thanks again for reading my poem. :)
