A wonderful, beautiful sonnet that actually brought tears to my eyes as I contemplated the serious meaning behind your well-chosen words. This amazing poem is full of rich meaning, love, generosity, praise and worship and I hope you will get it published. I especially liked these lines for their exciting exuberance:
"Rise up! Delight the stars! Amuse the Pure!
Defeat deaths' chains, rejoice absolved, exhumed."

I'm just wondering how those that reject God can be granted, it requires faith, believe that He is, it's like one of our own children rejecting us Jim, we can't force them to live with us. I knell this day, my vows sincere, Oh Lord, (kneel)
I think you succeeded with the iambic meter except for the first foot:
"Grant them" which can be easily remedied with "O Grant"

Oh man, you really tore the butt out of that sonnet. This is really good and unique. Felt a lot like one of the pleading Psalms from David.

This sonnet, Requiem, has the proper formatting and finds the sainted soul calling out to God to throw a wider net and bring all the people in when the final day comes.
