A good entry to the monostich contest. This is the best entry I have read thus far. The text is a great size. The message is clearly stated. The visual fits well. Good luck in the contest.

Ciao poet!

you have two votes now.

I love this overload of cuteness . I'm smiling from ear to ear.

Those two feathered lovers are so sweet , there is food but they are too wrapped up in each other to care.

Of course, who needs food when there is l' amour! ( hearts)

I love the two hearts that tie up your wee poem.

Thanks for your support for this very short one liner. Your vote obviously was a reason for my winning placement.

This is sweet and the photo of the birds is brilliant. They actually give me the feeling that they are working up to a kiss or just kissed.I don't think at my age I can even remember my first teenage kiss.

How simplicity is born from our deepest murmurs of heart. So delightful, provoking and uttermost true. I was immediately entranced by this purest of philosophy. Thank you, I adore it. SJ

    SJ,

Methinks you too recall that first kiss and its memory may stick with you to the end of your life.
