Like your poem. It expresses what is important to you and possibly other people. You find good in a person, which is rather hard to do sometimes. We are children of God and God gave us our freedom.

Thank you Rosemary. He did give us our freedom, but some groups believe we don't have the right to express our own views or His truths, which is very sad. I appreciate your thoughtful review.

It is one thing to express your feelings, but by expressing your feelings may hurt someone. In that case it is better to keep quiet. Use your intuition, and only speak up when necessary. Great poem, it gives the reader something to think about.

Respect is the key. Speaking the truth in love when it is appropriate, and never being hurtful, is what I try to do. If I cannot do that - yes, it is my choice to be quiet. But equally if I say something someone doesn?t agree with, I don?t want to be abused for having a different viewpoint.
Your thoughtful review brought up a possibility of interpretation I hadn?t foreseen, so thank you. I appreciate it.
