This is an excellent story that held my attention throughout its length. Each character behaved in a different way from the others, making them more interesting. The plot was a good one and the wish was a good one for all the right reasons as the frog wanted to use his power to help his friends. I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Interesting story, with many twists. Good dialogue.
You created a lot more interest by extending the wish grant, with Mr. Greencroak having to perform a difficult task before the elf can grant his wish.
I saw many "AC's" before question marks, and had the same thing happen to me when transitioning from the work page to posting, they can be edited out. Some paragraph jumps also can be edited out.
Something else you might consider is increasing your type size to 16, to make the story easier to read for older people like me.
