You explained the situation well, Sl. I enjoyed reading this
chapter. It seemed you were where you needed to be at all
times. I'm sure your patients appreciated everything you did
for them. You were right about relationships and the need to
repair them. I liked what you said about what happened if the
others involved didn't do anything to help. You have/had a caring
heart that's desperately needed with hospice patients.
Thanks for sharing, Jan

I enjoyed reading this chapter because it is well-written and a subject that intrigues me. I would not have trouble with these events also. I do not see any room for improvement.

I do understand strange and unusual. I'm glad you do too. Thank you for following your calling. We need more people like you in hospice. I can't wait to read more. Thank you for sharing.
I also realized that it is a two-way street with any relationship, and I needed to ensure I do what I can. (You can omit 'that')

This is a fascinating story and I don't doubt any of it. I have had "unusual" experiences myself. The Lord moves in mysterious ways. I hate to see such things treated as Halloween-type spookiness. I've made some notes on tweaking the language.
Sue
His wife explained their daughter, who had not spoken to them for many years even though she lived an hour away. -- incomplete sentence -- explained the circumstances with their daughter?
The room is cold and the radio clicking on was weird enough, but a family member comes out of the room and states Charlie was sending them a message that he was alright. -- you changed tense; should stay consistent
my support to the family any way I could I climbed in -- comma needed after could
My grandmother, I was told had second sight as they called it. -- closing comma needed after told
out to me to assist them with some strange and unusual. -- needs an ending noun -- events?
In addition, if something crazy would happen to me my bosses would say -- need closing comma after me; comma after say
The next few chapters are incidents of strange, unusual, and crazy I have dealt with as a hospice nurse. -- when employing adjectives as nouns, preface with the article "the": of the strange . . .
